2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Singhoul (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 305 (A), 331 (4) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.).

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of committing theft.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have no criminal antecedent. He also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Singhoul (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024.

7. As the petitioners claim to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners. If the Court below finds that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, their bail bonds shall be accepted. If the Court below finds that the petitioners are involved in any other case, their bail bonds shall not be accepted.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioners after being released on bail is directed to mark their attendance at Singhaul (Singhoul) Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
