2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2009 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed a loot. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2025. It further appears that the petitioner is an absconder in a case of the year 2009.
