JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.186/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the IPC. As per FIR, the petitioner is said to have committed theft of bicycle from the house of the informant along with other co-accused which has been found with the CCTV. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case as they were marketing in the house of the informant as supplier. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, accordingly, instant
