2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 274 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the son of the informant sustained the gun shot injury accidentally. The petitioner is jail since 22.05.2023 and he has no antecedent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur,
