JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having caught the deceased and thereafter Kapil Yadav is said to have hit the son of the informant with fasuli resulting in his death. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main assailant is Kapil Yadav and as far as the petitioners are concerned it has been alleged that they had caught hold of the deceased. The petitioners are stated to be having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 01.02.2018.

No.24498 of 2018 (4) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018.
