1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authority to grant and pay the salary of the petitioner on the revised and enhanced pay scale as has been granted to the similarly situated individuals. II. For issuance of the writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of second ACP to the petitioner from the appropriate date from which the petitioner has been entitled to.

III. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.16237 of 2023(2) dt.22-04-2024 2/2 for directing the respondent authorities to pay the arrears of salary accrued to the petitioner on account of fixation of the salary of the petitioner in the correct pay scale and also on account of grant of the Second ACP benefit to which the petitioner is lawfully entitled to."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Commandant, 218 Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, Silam, Gumla, Jharkhand, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Commandant, 218 Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, Silam, Gumla, Jharkhand, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
