2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of having fired upon the victim causing a firearm injury.
4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025. There is a counter case and one person from the side of the petitioner has also sustained a firearm injury. The dispute is with regard to a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71337 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 rasta.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the case and counter case and the fact that people on both sides have been injured, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025.
