Lastly, the regular bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9791 of 2022.

Trial Court report reveals that out of 6 prosecution witnesses only 1 witness has been examined till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2020.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail application.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73257 of 2022(3) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Gaya in Vishnupad P. S. Case No. 82 of 2020.
