2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail which was granted to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 vide order dated 22.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38745 of 2022 in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 have not made party of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81700 of 2023(3) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 38745 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 53884 of 2022. So the petitioner has not brought the real facts before the Hon'ble Court and the Hon'ble Court has been pleased to grant bail to Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3.

4. From bare perusal of the pleading in the present Cr. Misc. application, no case is made out for interference for cancellation of bail of Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3.

5. It is accordingly dismissed.
