2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and is a woman and the informant alleges that goat of the petitioner on 30.05.2025 at 08:00 a.m. was grazing the field of the informant, accordingly, the husband of the informant caught the goat and was bringing the same back home when he was intercepted by Md. Arif, Nazma Khatoon, Fahrana Khatoon, Md. Manzoor and Md. Belal, further the accused persons snatched the goat from her husband and assaulted him by rod, fist and leg on account of

No.71054 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 which her husband became unconscious, on hulla, the informant along with the villagers reached the place of occurrence and the injured was taken to the PHC from where he was referred to IGIMS, Patna but he died on 31.05.2025 during the course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence when the husband of the informant is alleged to have been assaulted by the accused persons who intercepted him. It is submitted that since the goat belonged to the petitioner, as such, she came to be implicated in the instant case.

5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
