Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other than his confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

It is pointed out by the learned APP, with reference to the case diary, that the petitioner's confession has led to recovery of Dabiya and blood-stained bed sheet. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the gravity of the allegations, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail. The same is rejected.
