JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Police has submitted the final form. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
