Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner along with 5 unknown persons, threatened the informant on the point of pistol, snatched Rs. 740/- cash and thereafter, made indiscriminate firing. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.
