JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2023 From the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that this Court's order dated 04.08.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23710 of 2012 has been complied with, inasmuch as, the petitioner has been reinstated in the service and has been paid admissible amount of arrears of salary. Learned counsel for the petitioner has however, submitted that the calculation of arrears of salary done by the respondents is inaccurate and not based on the actual entitlements of the petitioner as a trained teacher. In a contempt proceeding I am not inclined to enter into such dispute. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate authority by making a representation claiming his entitlements if
