2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tilkamanjhi P.S. Case No.31 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Unknown criminals have killed the deceased. During investigation, the petitioner was arrested on 19.02.2025 and bag, cheque book of the deceased were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Charge has been framed.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail petition is rejected. Since petitioner is in custody, let the trial be concluded preferably within a year.
