2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 264 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case in short is that three unknown persons chased the informant and on the point of pistol snatched Rs. 1800, a gold Hanuman and mobile phone. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Except
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75672 of 2023(3) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2023 and he has got two criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as no direct circumstantial evidence available on the case diary , let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- III, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 264 of 2023.
