The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2017 in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected after deep consideration of the matter vide order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5796 of 2018.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, I find that no fresh ground is made out in the present bail application. The bail application stands dismissed.
