JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-08-2022 In view of the reasoned order dated 25.08.2022 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Road Division, Motihari, the parties are in agreement that the issue regarding the petitioner's reversion has been redressed. In respect of the financial implications, the Superintending Engineer has recorded that the same is subject to the decision of the State Level Committee under the State Litigation Policy, 2011.
The Court, in view of the aforesaid developments during pendency of the instant writ proceedings, does not consider it appropriate to keep the matter pending as the decision is yet to be taken by the State Level Committee.
