2. The petitioner seek regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 208 of 2024 (Arising out of Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2023), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, petitioner is the cousin grandmother of the deceased child. It is alleged that due to property dispute deceased child was killed in the night and dead body was thrown in the river. Petitioner is a lady and is in jail since 09.12.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76355 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact that the petitioner is a lady and period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with S.T. No. 208 of 2024 (Arising out of Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2023), with condition that she will cooperate in the trial either personally or through his lawyer on the date fixed in the trial.
