2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 215 of 2025, G.R. No. 1130 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. On getting secret information regarding transportation of illicit liquor, police party reached at the marked place and intercepted a car bearing Registration No. JH01CY 7518 from which total 437.4 litre illicit liquor was recovered. Petitioner was apprehended on the spot and other co-accused managed to flee away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner was driving the said vehicle on instruction of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71126 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 owner of the vehicle. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. He had no knowledge with respect to the seized liquor, kept in the vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.06.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise IInd, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 215 of 2025, G.R. No. 1130 of 2025.
