Patna High Court CWJC No.21674 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2 whereupon the respondent no. 2 shall pass appropriate orders upon the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
