The petitioner seeks bail in Rail Danapur (GRP Patna Junction Rail) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have committed pickpocketing of the informant at the time of boarding the train. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in the case by the informant over some altercation with the informant in the course of boarding train. He has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with Rail Danapur (GRP Patna Junction Rail) P.S.
