The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As per allegation in the FIR, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, petitioner along with his family members has assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There are general and vague allegations against him. There is no injury on

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- VIII, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019.
