====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), (F) and 67 of the I.T. Act.
The informant alleges that her daughter got married on 02.07.2021 and her wedding photographs were edited and made viral on Facebook by Rahul Kumar @ Lallu and when the informant went to the house of Rahul then Rahul along with his parents and the petitioner abused and assaulted her and even snatched her ear rings.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. Learned counsel for

No.72267 of 2022(3) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated being brother of Rahul, it is next submitted even assuming what has been alleged is true without accepting the same then also the entire allegation hinges around Rahul who has already been granted the privilege of regular bail by order dated 25.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 8846 of 2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
