2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner and his father who is co-accused came to dalan of the informant, they asked him to vacate the dalan. Further allegation is that at the order of his father, the petitioner fired at the informant and made him badly injured. Firstly, the injured was brought to Sub-Divisional Hospital thereafter he was referred to Sadar Hospital, Ara and later on he was treated in the clinic of Dr. Vikash Kumar Singh.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is under custody for more than six months, he is a person of clean antecedent and there is a land dispute between the parties.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent and period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
