The petitioner is in custody in connection with LNM University P.S. Case No. 257 of 2017, for the offenses under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the instant case on the basis of call details of the deceased which indicate that the petitioner has made a call on the mobile of the deceased. From the materials available on the record, it appears that the petitioner was last seen along with the accused. He further submitted that in the instant case the person, who had threatened the deceased with dire consequences, namely, Lakshmi Sah and Ravindra Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23136 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 Sah have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 4701 of 2018 vide order dated 27.2.2018.

Considering the aforesaid and the statement made in para 3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with LNM University P.S. Case No. 257 of 2017.
