The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2018 in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 registered under Sections 411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Having learned learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the State, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.
