1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondents concerned to take action against the Revenue Karamchari (R- 6) and Circle Officer (R-4) who have illegally issued rent receipt in the name of Lalita Devi (R-6) regarding Khata No. 815, Khesra No. 3934 area 6.54 dec. after creation of Zamabandi.

(ii) Further for issuance of a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16233 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 respondents to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner at the earliest."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector, Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
