2. Earlier the prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4526 of 2023.

From perusal of the Letter No.49 dated 19.05.2025 send by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III-cumExclusive Special Court under SC & ST Act, Bhagalpur, it appears that 'the trial is at the stage of prosecution evidence and learned Special PP has submitted that about five more witnesses have to be examined and for that he needs six more months to examine all the witness. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed off in light of the Letter No.49 dated 19.05.2025 send by the learned Trial Court stating therein that six months more time is required to conclude the trial. Hence, if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time, then the appellant shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before this Court.
