2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 102 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to be accused in dacoity with murder. During investigation, the material has come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2023. The petitioner has got three criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

5. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for

6. The Trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible and if his trial is not concluded, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

7. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
