JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to insure the registration of land situated in Mauja Imadpur, P.S. Biharsharif, District Nalanda, Thana No. 148, Tauzi Bihar appertaining to Khata No. 476 Khesra No. 1481 area 1.56 25 decimal over which a house has been built up by the private respondent in favour of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18377 of 2022(2) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 petitioner after receiving rest consideration money because they have already received Rs. 12,00,000/- twelve lacs consideration money against Rs. 14,000,00/- which had to be paid by the petitioner as per agreement."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
