ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are in custody since 19.10.2017 and 06.11.2017 respectively in connection with Sessions Trial No.660/17 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No.397 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a false and fabricated case has been made out against the petitioners for the reason that the victim-Rakesh Singh was

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no material to show that any ransom had been demanded from the informant by the accused persons.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there being no materials in the case diary, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sessions Trial No.660/17, arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No.397 of 2017.
