The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 326 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons having tried to snatch a sum of Rs. 60,000/- from the informant and during the course thereof, the informant is said to have been assaulted resulting in some injuries to the informant in the finger.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation and in fact, no

It is further submitted that on account of land dispute, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 19.01.2018 and he is having a clean antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 15th cum A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S.
