Patna High Court MJC No.4190 of 2019(4) dt.14-12-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in first page of the judgment and order inadvertently the vehicle registration no."BR06PE1612" has been typed in place of BR06PE1512".

In such view of the matter, the judgment and order dated 09.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8795 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the words "Registration No. BR06PE1612", appearing in second paragraph of first page of the judgment and order, will be read as "BR06PE1512". Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
