ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2017 in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No.351 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested on mere suspicion and there is nothing to support that the money, which was recovered from him, belonged to the informant. It is further submitted that till date, the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and has been languishing in jail for six months. It is further submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18723 of 2018 (3) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Katihar, District-Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No.351 of 2017.
