2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 3, 4, 5 of Indian Explosive Substance Act.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that earlier, in the clinic of Dr. Tapeshwar Prasad, on 06.01.2025, a bomb had exploded and Danish Iqbal, Md. Sohail (petitioner herein), Chhotu were the accused behind it. Further, Md. Sohai dumped the rest of the bomb in the house of his uncle, Mansoor Alam @ Chuman Mistry which got exploded on 07.01.2025 when some children were playing there. Both the children got injured and taken to the Sub-Divisional Hospital,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74851 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/3 Sherghati. The allegation is that but for this accidental explosion, the petitioner was going to get it exploded at different places. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that explosion took place in the house of Chuman Mistry, he has no role to play even in the explosion of Dr. Tapeshwar Prasad, the same has been lodged against unknown.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail submitting that the FIR clearly shows that the bomb materials were of this petitioner which was dumped in the house of his uncle, Chuman Mistry and it got exploded when the children were playing. Further, his role cannot be ignored in the earlier explosion that took place in the clinic of Dr. Tapeshwar Prasad.

Considering the submissions of the parties as also the materials on record coupled with the fact that it relates to two explosions that took place on 06.01.2025 and 07.01.2025, the Police is investigating the matter, at this stage, it would not be proper for this Court to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner who is the main accused in the present case.

7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands
