2. The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 07.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5130 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II Cum-Special Judge Excise Court No.1, Gopalganj, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupess Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
