No. 8458 of 2019, wherein this Court had observed that the petitioners have a remedy under the Bihar Right to Public Service Act, 2011 and the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 before the competent authority/Public Grievance Redressal Officer. 2. Having perused the order dated 25.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8458 of 2019, I find that no direction was given in the aforesaid order to any of the respondents requiring compliance in any manner and accordingly no case for contempt is made out against the opposite parties.

3. The contempt petition stands dismissed.
