2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act were added.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, kidnapped minor daughter of informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has

From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of kidnapping minor daughter of informant is against co-accused Kasim Alam. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because she happens to be sister of co-accused Kasim Alam and she is only alleged to have assisted in commission of the offence. No specific accusation of overt act has been attributed to this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO-cumA.D.J. VI, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, subject to condition as
