3/4 "1.(i) To issue an appropriate writ/writs, order/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent No.1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action including initiating disciplinary proceedings against the respondent No.8 who is unathorizedly holding Janta Darbar to settle the dispute of right, title and possession to the persons of his choice.

(ii) To direct the respondent No.8 not to dispossess forcibly petitioner with respect to a land measuring 14 decimal appertaining to Khata No.152, Khesra No.281 situated in Mauza- Jakarpura, P.S.- Suryagarha till the final outcome of Title Suit No.27 of 2009 pending in the court of learned Sub Judge-1st, Lakhisarai which is vacant.

(iii) To, direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and property of the petitioner which is at stake at the behest of respondent 2nd set, who are the parties in Title Suit No.27/2009 who in collusion of the respondent No.8 trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question.

(iv) To, direct the respondent No.5 to take appropriate legal action and initiate

4/4 disciplinary proceeding against the respondent No.9. Who is also involved in settling the private land dispute in collusion with respondent No.8 to the persons who are obliging them by any of the means."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
