2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant is Chaukidar and he has alleged in the FIR that on information that petitioner has killed his wife, he reached the house of the petitioner found dead body of petitioner's wife with a black mark on her neck. Petitioner had estranged relation with the deceased and few days back she had returned to petitioner's house.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was staying at Delhi for earning the livelihood and he had also persuaded his wife to live with him in Delhi. He further submits that because of dirty village politics, she might have been killed by someone and as petitioner's

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct and specific allegation that he killed the deceased.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased, who died in unnatural condition in her in-laws house, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
