Petitioners are accused in a case registered for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302 and 506 IPC and 27 Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation of fatal assault on the deceased is attributed to coaccused Bimal Yadav. Learned counsel for the informant with reference to the injury report submits that both the petitioners are said to have fired at Makeshwar Yadav, son of the informant, who suffered fire arm injuries. He submits that even charges have not been framed. In view of the gravity of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of
