Petitioner is accused in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26166 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 48083 of 2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
