The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code in which sections 364A IPC was added later on.
The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that the mobile set by which the demand of ransom was made was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. CDR report also supports the said contention.
A report was called for from the Trial Court. It has been reported that out of six witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and one witness has been deferred. Now, one more witness (i.e. the I.O.) is remained to be examined. It has further

Considering the accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial within a period of four months preferably on day to day basis from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram and the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram are also directed to take necessary steps to produce the remaining witness on the date fixed in the Trial Court so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period.
Let this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram and the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram.
