JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-10-2020 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel for the State, namely, Mrs. Binita Singh, SC-28 submits that as far as the present writ petition is concerned, the same has served its purpose and nothing more is required to be done. However, it is submitted that the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed an order dated 22.09.2020 against the petitioner herein during the pendency of the present writ petition, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the same.
