The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.258 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 12.10.2022 and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75307 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.258 of 2022.
