2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this application, the petitioner Nos. 1, 4, 5 & 9 have been taken into judicial custody. Hence this application as against the said petitioner Nos. 1, 4, 5 & 9 has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this application with regard to the petitioner Nos. 1, 4, 5 & 9 stands dismissed as infructuous.

4. The petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 & 10 are apprehending their arrest in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 384, 385, 387, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, while the informant alongwith his other associates went to sow seeds in his field, all the accused persons including the petitioners forming an unlawful assembly and having armed with deadly weapons came there and started abusing them and asked for rangdari. It is further alleged that the accused persons damaged the tractor and took Rs. 450/- from Ramjapo Yadav. The accused persons assaulted the informant as a result of which, the informant sustained injuries.

6. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 & 10 that they are the persons of clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71594 of 2025(3) dt.25-11-2025 3/3 The injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 & 10.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Nos. Nos. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 & 10, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
