ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2017 in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.07 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., yet on the statement of one Ashok Kumar Mahto, the petitioner has been roped in connection with the present case.
