Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bahadurpur (Fekala O.P) P.S. Case no. 364/2018 registered under sections 304B, 120B and 201 of the IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that he should be permitted to surrender before the court below seeking regular bail. By making such submission, he does not press this application for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

It is however, made clear that the petitioner should surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in the court below.
