This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.252 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased is alleged to have been killed within two months of marriage for demand of a car. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased had committed suicide. 5.

This Court will not go into the defence of the petitioner at this stage. The petitioner can raise all the defence at the trial.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
